Case and point, this pink-haired weirdo says if you choose to not date a "transgender" person because, God forbid, you have a desire to have biological children of your own someday, you're a transphobic bigot. Okay, I see that we're going to have to keep rehashing basic middle-school biology. Two women cannot have a child together. Two men cannot have a child together. This isn't how reproduction works amongst human beings. It never has, and it never will. So, a man and a "transgender woman" (aka a man) cannot have a child, nor can the inverse of a woman and a "transgender man" (aka a woman). I suppose you can toss a "trans man" and "trans woman" together and get a baby, but that's because it's actually just a man and a woman.

It doesn't matter how much the left pushes this idiocy, it won't suddenly make it true.

Men cannot menstruate.

Men cannot get pregnant.

Men cannot breastfeed.

Females cannot impregnate other females.

Nothing anyone says can change any of this. Nature doesn't care about anyone's feelings. Why can the left not understand this?!
