If anyone knows about "wall to wall failure," it would be CNN. Heck, they've majored in it. Failure isn't just their middle name, it's the trophy on the mantle, with three-point lighting. Especially when it comes to anything having to do with the words "Robert" or "Mueller" (see WATCH: Matt Gaetz Humiliates Mueller About Russian Steele Dossier Report and Sorry Media, You Can’t Make Me Care About Trump/Russia/Mueller!). Hearing the network admit the hearings were a failure for the Democrats? It's the chef's kiss.

My personal opinion on hearings is that they are the second most useless piece of political theatre next to the State of the Union address. Most hearings, you can hold up an inkspot and it would be an accurate description over who won and who lost. Lemme illustrate:

The Mueller hearing was something special, because the Democrat Party put all of their hopes and dreams in a bucket, tied the bucket in a pretty bow, and made it testify. Over a report they were hoping was going to impeach Trump.

Instead, all leftists did was televise how much time and money they wasted. What the left needed to do, instead of impeaching Trump, was to beat him at the ballot box. With all of the batshit crazy ideas that the 217 people running for president are pushing. I daresay this Mueller Report hearing misfire won't help in that effort either.

Bad day for Democrats. Good day for people who make their living making fun of Democrats.
