WATCH: Sheriff Clarke Puts Anti-Cop Liberals to Shame
It's Sheriff Clarke. Doing a video for the NRA. Sheriff Clarke, in a video for the NRA, blasting leftist critics of law enforcement officers throughout the country.
Is there a more perfect video for LwC?
You critics don't define our honor. You try to shame us for doing our job.
You teach children to fear us, crowds to attack us and good people to doubt us.
But we will never back down from our sworn duty to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
We wake up every day, put on our badge, strap a gun to our hips, kiss our families goodbye and put our lives between the law-abiding and any criminal who threatens their rights.
We serve people of every color and creed … men, women and children in violent, dangerous neighborhoods … because they have the same right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as CEOs, movie stars and the political elite.
We are Americans, and we are the American police officer.
I mean...
I think I've made it clear how big fans of the Sheriff we all are (see David Clarke: Blame Culture, Not Cops for Milwaukee and YES! Sheriff Clarke Blasts Democrats in Open Letter to Black Community). This video is a perfect example why. Notice how he completely took down critics without so much as raising his voice.
Just him, looking straight to the camera offering an emotional defense of his fellow law enforcement officers. Chills.
He's right.
Even people who hate the cops call the cops when the caca has hit the fan. Read Anti-Cop 'Black Panther' Gets Robbed. Calls the Police he Formerly Hated. So Clarke's point here is more than just an emotional appeal. It's straight up true. Men and women of law enforcement want to protect people, and as already said, when someone needs protecting, regardless of their opinion of the cops, who do they call?
Not the ghostbusters. Stop it.
