Keep it in mind, for it is a cautionary tale. If people like Beto O'Rourke get to live out their gun-confiscating soggy dreams, this Georgia homeowner protecting his family probably wouldn't be with us.

A homeowner in Georgia fatally shot three masked teens during an early morning attempted robbery, deputies said.

The youngsters were killed in an exchange of gunfire as they tried to rob the man and two other people in the victim’s front yard at 4 a.m. Monday in Conyers, a town of 15,000 about 25 miles outside of Atlanta, according to the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office.

One of teen suspects had fired at the homeowner first.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a feel-good story when anyone is killed. That's just what we content hustlers call "snark." However, if you put a gun to my head (no pun intended) and forced me to choose between a man defending his home and three others, even teens, looking to do harm to that man and his family, let's hear it for the home defender.

According to people like Beto O'Rourke, Joe Biden, and Elizabeth Warren, this man should've let the teens have their way with him, his belongings and maybe his mother. Is it sad three teens died? Yes. But they were the ones responsible for their own demise. Break into a home uninvited, especially one with NO TRESPASSING VIOLATORS WILL BE SHOT signs plastered everywhere, and expect no sympathy.
