Middle school girls' track in West Virginia has been embroiled in controversy. Now a lawsuit alleges that a trans competitor, one who was born a boy but now claims to be a girl, has been sexually harassing his/her female opponents, making crude and sexual comments. Things that would get her/him run out of school if they had been said by a boy who still claims to be a boy.

Before we go any further, Joe Biden, who critics say took steps to destroy girls' sports by amending Title IX to include boys who claim they are girls, tells you all to support girls' sports.

Last month, five middle school athletes took a brave stance when they refused to compete against Becky Pepper-Jackson, the boy who claims to be a girl at the center of this story. They were rewarded for this brave stance by being BANNED from future competitions by an activist coach who, and this conjecture, we are assuming gets liberal with accusing others of "transphobia."

West Virginia is one of six states suing the Biden Administration over their Title IX change in State of Tennessee, et al v. Cardona, et al . One of Pepper-Jackson's teammates has joined the lawsuit, alleging the trans student made “several offensive and inappropriate sexual comments,” and that the comments had “became much more aggressive, vile, and disturbing.”

“During the end of that year, about two to three times per week, B.P.J. would look at me and say ‘suck my dick.’ There were usually other girls around who heard this. I heard B.P.J. say the same thing to my other teammates, too,” Cross said.

“B.P.J. made other more explicit sexual statements that felt threatening to me. At times, B.P.J. told me quietly ‘I’m gonna stick my dick into your pussy.’ And B.P.J. sometimes added ‘and in your ass,’ as well. These comments were disturbing and caused me deep distress.”

The student reported the comments to the coach but, as shocking as this may sound, nothing was done about the situation. We can only guess as to why.

Had it been a cisgendered male, they would no doubt be punished. Because the perpetrator was trans, not unlike how our girls are told when they have athletic opportunities taken from them, the student was forced to learn to deal with it gracefully. The difference between vulgar and "girls will be girls" depends on how one identifies and how bright virtue is signalled.

Not unlike how it is offensive when a boy injures a girl in competition, but equity when a boy who identifies as a girl does.

The student joined the lawsuit out of concern that Pepper-Jackson's continued presence in the girls' locker room would discourage 12- and 13-year-old girls from choosing to play sports altogether.
