When Scott Wiener is not working to decriminalize purposely infecting someone with HIV, he is working to lower the age of consent. But when he is not doing all of that, he is working to control how fast you drive.

Wiener has just proposed a new bill where he wants to mandate that any new car sold in California will have to have technology installed called "speed governors.” This is intended to prevent the car from going more than 10 miles over the speed limit.

Clearly, this man is pure evil.

Los Angeles and San Fransico already make the top 10 list of most congested cities in the country. Slowing down cars will only make traffic so much worse. And the traffic in Los Angeles is bad. Real bad. I can’t compare it to many other places but it can take 30 minutes just to go three miles on the freeway. That is a common occurrence and happens to people every single day.

Progressives truly hate the people they represent. The only way you would put something like this forward is if you loathe everyone. There is no other reason.

He claims this has to do with safety, but let's be real. What person cares about safety if they want to decriminalize infecting someone with an incurable and deadly disease? Is AIDS really better than going 75 mph on the freeway? Is 75 mph really that much worse than consent laws? I beg to differ.

"I don't think it's at all an overreach, and I don't think most people would view it as an overreach, we have speed limits, I think most people support speed limits because people know that speed kills," Wiener said, according to ABC 7.

Oh, for goodness sake. He really wants to make every Californian that much more miserable. As a Los Angeles native, I can tell you I have extremely bad road rage. If you dare to drive the speed limit, you are automatically an a-hole. You have no business going that slow.

You cannot just dilly dally as if driving is some experience you need to soak in. Slow drivers are the cause of aggressive drivers and that is a fact.

Officials already criminalized talking on the phone while driving, which is fine, but distracted driving is still the leading cause of traffic injuries in the state. So nothing Progressives do even comes close to what they pretend it is intended for.

"I think if you ask anyone, do people need to be driving more than 10 miles an hour over the speed limit, assuming you're not an emergency vehicle which are exempt from the bill, I think most people would say no, I don't want people driving more than 10 miles an hour in my neighborhood," he said,” according to ABC.

No one wants this freak driving in their neighborhood to begin with but the faster he is gone, the better. Slow drivers do not benefit society in any way and it is insane that these are the issues Wiener is bringing forward when the state is currently going through a zombie apocalypse.

Goodness. Progressives have such a high God complex that they have to control every - single - thing.
