Video: 'Will And Grace' Ditches Comedy. Mocks Conservatives Instead...
So we're clear, I was not watching Will And Grace myself. Thursday nights are for Arrow. But, I happened to catch this 30 seconds of it, which made my eyes nearly roll out of their sockets.
Newsbusters has the rundown of the episode, which looks like it was equally unfunny ("How am I supposed to connect with a kid from Texas? I can't fish or hunt or tell a woman what to do with her fetus"). But, if you have the stomach for it, here's that 30 seconds.
He's got boys being boys in his hand,He's got girls being girls in his hand,
He's got boys-only-marryin'-girls in his hand,
He's got the whole-natural-order-of-things where-people-act-like-the-lord-intended in his hands,
He's got suits and dresses on the right person,
He's got boys chasing girls appropriately
Mike Pence electro-shock therapy references. Stuffy, hyper-religious "conservatives" trying to de-gay a gaggle of pre-teens. Cliched, out-of-touch prejudices against non-leftists. The scene reads like a speechwriter for Hillary Clinton cooked it up. I can't tell if Will And Grace is supposed to be a comedy show or a half-hour-long campaign ad for the DNC.
I get it, we're not the show's very niche target audience of bitter and hateful leftists. You know, the kind of humanity-hating hell-orphans who made Amy Schumer a thing. But seriously, to any progressives hate-reading this right now, do you guys actually find this funny? Or are you just pretending it's chuckle-worthy, because "comedy" like this advances your agenda? My money's on the latter.
Leftists keep hijacking entertainment to push their political interests. They think if they repeat "f**k Trump" enough times, they can sway the public opinion. Really though, they're just alienating the public, who wish entertainers would just stick to entertaining us with their comedy and their rap tunes:
