When it comes to entitlement and disrespect, it often seems as if Western Culture enables and condones those sorts of behaviors. So much so that some spoiled brats forget that the rest of the world actually enforces laws when it comes to things like assault and theft.

There are many reasons why this video probably made you mad. One, we see what appears to be two very entitled degenerates trying to steal and take advantage of people who are just trying to make an honest living. Not only that, these presumably honest workers are in a part of the world where they are not as fortunate when it comes to economic success as America or London.

I don't know the exact conversion rate of Indonesian currency to USD but I can tell you that it is likely not even pennies on the dollar. These people are making barely anything and they don't have first-world welfare like the people in the video have access to if they might need it.

This video is definitely giving entitled brat trying to take advantage of the little guy.

According to The Daily Mail:

"A pair of British and American tourists are facing up to two years in prison after they were arrested for allegedly attacking nail salon staff in Bali, Indonesia.

The women, identified by local media as Andrea CW, 37, from London, and Chansler A, 37, from New York, reportedly assaulted staff of the Ombre Nail Salon in Kerobokan over a misunderstanding about payment.

The backpackers allegedly did not have enough money to pay the fees for an extra treatment they asked for and became angry when the staff tried to charge them for the service.

Shocking CCTV footage shows Chansler in a bucket hat appearing to grab a clerk by the collar and pulling her over the counter as the employee shouted 'you have to pay!'

Chansler is pushed back and crashes into a table before a furious Andrea appears and steps in, screaming at the member of staff: 'Relax, I am trying to give you the money! Relax yourself, understand?!

'Let me tell you something. I am trying to be reasonable. I asked you several times to let me outside. I ran outside to get money. You don't know what I'm going outside for. Why were you trying to hold me hostage?'"

In the mind of these tourists, shaking someone while screaming at them and not paying for services might be considered "reasonable" in New York and London, but in Bali, they don't seem to take that crap.

Now here is the salon side of the story, according to the outlet:

"The manager of Ombre Nails Studio said: 'These customers came and asked for treatment in our studio and they were informed about the prices and everything, but at the end they refused to pay the amounts.

'They blackmailed us that if we kept asking them to pay, they will leave a bad review, and they started to verbally abuse our staff.

'All proof was recorded and is being handled by our lawyer, and we submitted a report to police last night.
'They also attempted to take our money in the cashier and caused some physical injury and mental shock to our staff.

'We needed to catch them so they can at least apologize to our staff. Some of them are still trembling and crying until today.'"

I don't know about you, but if you ask me, I am siding with the Indonesians on this one.

If what is alleged is true, which I would not be surprised if it was, did they really think they could pull something like this off? Did they really think they were smarter as tourists in a foreign country than actual Indonesians?

I guess they did not realize that Bali has CCTV too.

I am not sure about London, but I know New York does not care too much when it comes to enforcing the law.

Sometimes, it is hard to think about life outside of your bubble. She could have just thought things were similar to The Empire State. Unfortunately for her, it does not appear to be that way. And now this lady is not ballin' in Bali as they are probably shocked that some countries actually prosecute crime.

The dumbest part about all of this is that those services were probably dirt cheap compared to prices in New York and London. So I have no idea why they freaked out like that.

Unfortunately for them, their White privilege does not seem to work in other countries.
