Wyoming judge won't define "woman," rejects lawsuit about trans "sister" who gets raging erections in the Sorority House

A Wyoming judge will not allow the court to define what a woman is. As a result, a beautiful and brave sorority sister is allowed to stay in the sorority house where -- she -- gets raging erections watching the other girls frolic. Welcome to 2023.
Earlier this year, members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority filed a lawsuit against the Wyoming chapter. They allowed a biological male who claims to be a woman -- a transgender woman -- to pledge. Artemis Langford shattered a glass ceiling last October when Kappa Kappa Gamma became the first sorority in Wyoming history to allow a transgender student into their ranks. Artemis is the girl wearing glasses in this post's thumbnail.
The rub is this trans woman gets too many boners as -- she -- watches the other sisters change. So those sisters filed a lawsuit. Apparently, having a sorority sister with a raging erection makes others uncomfortable.
Wyoming US District Judge Alan Johnson ruled that the sisters' lawsuit could not proceed in his court. Defining what a woman is (or was) is outside of his authority.
“With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the court will not define a ‘woman’ today,” Johnson wrote.
Johnson ruled that a federal court could not interfere with the sorority chapter’s freedom of association by ruling against its vote to induct trans student Artemis Langford last year.
“The delegate of a private, voluntary organization interpreted ‘woman,’ otherwise undefined in the nonprofit’s bylaws, expansively; this Judge may not invade Kappa Kappa Gamma’s freedom of expressive association and inject the circumscribed definition Plaintiffs urge.”
It's worth pointing out the sorority changed its definition of "woman" and claimed the lawsuit was frivolous. Not only is it tolerance and inclusion to allow transwomen to rock out with their cocks out in sorority houses and girls' locker rooms, but if the girls have a problem with it they're the problems. It's the most important plank on Joe Biden's Democrat Party's platform.
Among the girls' complaints that were dismissed by the Wyoming judge:
- One sorority member walked down the hall to take a shower, wearing only a towel. She felt an unsettling presence, turned, and saw Artemis watching her silently.
- Artemis has, while watching members enter the sorority house, had an erection visible through his leggings.
- Artemis repeatedly questioned the women about what vaginas look like, breast cup size, whether women were considering breast reductions
- One time Artemis was asked to leave a sorority slumber party, but wouldn't, and said he’d leave after the girls fell asleep.
The girls appeared with Megyn Kelly a few months ago. Imagine it's your daughter who is being put in a position where she has to explain out loud, "You go home at the end of the day to feel comfortable and relaxed in your own skin, and you can’t do that knowing that this individual has full access to your house. Some girls live in constant fear in our home, and our home is supposed to be a safe space."
A Wyoming judge ruled that he did not care. Or, did not have the legal authority to care. Because he didn't want to define what a woman was.
