The YouTube CEO is working on the issues that really matter, like how whenever you interrupt her, you're committing a "microaggression". So there you have it. If you interrupt a man, we have to suck it up and deal with it. Because, that's what grown ups do. But if you're a feminist? It's a sexist outrage, because all the things obviously are.

What's so funny about this is that I far more often see women interrupting men. I love my wife dearly but... she's a talkative dame. On the rare occurrence that I do get to finish my phrase, I check my posterior to ensure that pigs have in fact, not taken flight from it. And you know what? I don't think it's sexist. I just think it's a slightly rude habit resulting as the byproduct of her passion/excitement.

But more important here is that the CEO of Youtube simply adopts the liberal lexicon as though everyone else is on the same page. She's so far left that she doesn't even consider the idea of people in the audience laughing at the word "micro aggressions". The silicon valley echo chamber is dangerous. Which is why they have no respect for free speech. For proof, watch the video below.
