UPDATE: TThe New York Jets announced they have benched quarterback Zach Wilson. Here's a look back at his career started two years ago.

Zach Wilson and his smokeshow of a mother were just drafted to the New York Jets. The only controversy should be that he's not Trevor Lawrence and the Jets couldn't even tank the 2020 season right. But no, Twitter is upset because Wilson allegedly liked "problematic" MAGA posts. Not that he posted things himself. But he LIKED other people's posts.

Wilson, being 21-years-old, spends time on social media where he likes posts for whatever reason that makes him like that post. Some leftist douchelord with no friends and no life SCOURED Wilson's social media history to tweet out some of the more "offensive" things Wilson has liked. For instance, this post supporting Donald Trump's reelection.

Wilson also disagrees with kneeling for the National Anthem. This puts him in the same category as Dak Prescott, Jim Brown, and most sports fans. Also, the tweet he liked? Saluted a player who stood for the National Anthem AND STILL SPOKE OUT on police brutality. The player found another way to address the issue. Wilson expressed approval of what the player did. Yet, to the left, this is offensive.

Here's easily the most offensively stupid one. Zach Wilson liked a tweet where the author - *checks notes* - was sick and tired of all the things that divide us. Wilson liked a tweet saying that we're all one human race, and that people shouldn't attack others for having a different opinion. This anonymous Twitter troll is attacking Zach Wilson for having the opinion that we shouldn't attack people for having different opinions. Let that one simmer in your noggin' for a bit. I'm getting a migraine from it.

This is part of a new NFL Draft tradition. As each college player has their name announced and starts to celebrate one of the greatest moments of their lives, progressive assclowns start digging through Twitter to see what wrongspeak they can uncover. Not only things the players - as TEENAGERS - said, but anything someone else said they may have liked. And because most in the media align themselves with progressives, these tweets now become part of the news.

Let's see who the first reporter is to ask Wilson not about how it feels to be a pro, but what his views are of the January 6 "insurrection." Because you know it's coming.
