Zachary Levi is known to many as DC superhero Shazam. Real ones know him as Chuck from Chuck, one of the most underrated shows of the past two decades. It featured a young, not quite as based Adam Baldwin. A hot blonde number too whose name I don't remember. Check it out on the Hulu.

Levi dipped his toe ever so slightly into politics and you'll totally believe what happened next! The actor shared a tweet that compared how much we have sent to Ukraine in comparison to other war spending. Most notably, the $ 91.3 billion we've sent is 33% more than Russia's total military spending for the year and double the US's average annual expenditure for its own war in Afghanistan.

A five-word tweet sharing mind-blowing government expenditures is rather milquetoast. But like with masking children, any time you question anything it's considered the "conservative" opinion. Supporting the current thing is the "progressive" opinion. Please note I assign ZERO POLITICAL MOTIVE to Levi's tweet.

Some of his now former fans felt otherwise.

Levi never implied otherwise.

While we at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website are employing the mainstream journalisming standard of three idiots sharing the same dumb opinion, there were enough idiots that Levi felt the need to clarify that, no, he doesn't stan Putin. But ninety billion is a lot of money.

It is okay to question where our government is sending our tax dollars. It's okay to have a different opinion in November than you had in February. And if there was ever a day to question things, it would be the day that missiles killed civilians in our NATO ally Poland, Ukraine blaming Russia for it and potentially launching us into World War III, only to find out that it was Ukraine's missiles and the whole thing was an unfortunate accident.

Zachary Levi said nothing wrong. We could use more superheroes willing to question our government and be bulletproof when randos fire tweets at them in retaliation.
