New York's latest douchetastic law on the books is their abortion law that makes abortion a-okay in pretty much any context. Pro-life peeps have been warning all along the law removes pretty much every barrier to butchering a tiny one in utero.

This murder suspect is certainly benefitting from it:

Prosecutors initially included a charge of abortion against the Queens man arrested Friday in his pregnant girlfriend’s murder — but rescinded it because of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s new Reproductive Health Act.

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown sent out a press release saying Anthony Hobson, 48, would be charged with second-degree abortion as well as murder in Sunday’s fatal stabbing of Jennifer Irigoyen, 35.

But a DA spokeswoman later told The Post that the abortion charge “was repealed by the Legislature, and this is the law as it exists today.”

Cuomo signed the RHA into law on Jan. 22, the 46th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision.

Yep, all forms of baby-murder are now acceptable in New York.

I thought this abortion law was going to be a triumph for shaven-headed, blue armpit-haired feminists. I might be wrong, but my gut tells me this "abortion" wasn't the woman's choice.

Judging from this move, it would seem as though "abortionists," like this douchenugget, are free from prosecution. Even if the woman doesn't give her consent. I guess this means New Yorkers can now kick pregnant women in the stomach without fear of legal consequences.

Unlike murder guy getting off the hook here, babies have no rights or legal protections. I try to presume the left has good intentions. Though, it's getting harder by the day to not think they're just a bunch of sinister dickweeds with a grudge against miniature folk.
