Bruce Springsteen broke hungry liberal hearts from sea to shining sea over the weekend. The Boss sees a darkness on the edge of 2020. Not a single Democrat currently on the thunder road to the White House can defeat our current president.

“You need someone who can speak Trump's language. I don’t see anyone out there at the moment...the man who can beat Trump, or the woman who can beat Trump."

In other words, no Democrats are born to run. They're a party full of losers and none are pulling out of here to win. Proving Donald Trump is tougher than the rest.

Normally I'd say liberals aren't booing, they're saying "BRUUUUUUUCE!" But nah. Leftists are in fact booing the s*** out of him.

While he and I are both blue-collar, working-class heroes in our respective fields, I disagree somewhat. Beto O'Rourke worries me as a 2020 challenger. A lot of my colleagues think I'm as crazy as a BetoManiac for thinking so (see Failed Candidate Beto O’Rourke Cut Steak and Liberals Can’t Even and Another Beto O’Rourke Ad is Here to Assault your Eyes and Crack Your Ribs). But the dude came within two points of flipping Texas. He already has more national name recognition than everyone not named Biden or Sanders. If any Democrat can appeal to the suburbs needed to win, O'Rourke is the guy I think has the best shot. At least enough of a shot to be taken more seriously.
