We don't mock Jon Stewart here as much as most Conservative sites. Namely because he's very good at what he does. His audience however, consists of people who don't know the difference between comedians and actual journalism. But considering how the "real" journalists are covering the Garland shooting...

Now, compare this to the Associated Press saying that authorities were still looking for a motive, or MSNBC claiming - and this was shocking even by MSNBC standards - that Pamela Geller purposely threw the event to set a trap for Muslims in the first place. The closest he comes to even mentioning her is by comparing American Freedom Defense Initiative to Philadelphia sports fans, and let's be honest...that was a funny. Silly Philadelphia.

See the story isn't that an offensive organization was holding an offensive event where someone was killed.  The story is that the event was targeted by people who want to kill anyone who has an opinion they disagree with. Jon Stewart captured that.
