We haven't heard much in the way of protests in the past few weeks. It appears some of the anti-Trump tantrums have finally died down. For a while there, there was no end in sight. Strap in for the latest in liberal rage. Trump supporters were mobbed by what we can only assume to be herds of illegal gayliens. The victims claim the police simply stood by and twiddled their thumbs as innocent people were thrashed around like a newborn in a Planned Parenthood clinic. So now the victims are suing...

A federal judge is giving Donald Trump supporters the green light to pursue their lawsuit against the city of San Jose. The plaintiffs accuse the city for not protecting them during a campaign rally last year ... [and] that San Jose police officers intentionally steered them into an angry mob of protesters.

"We've seen video appearing on international local and national media that shows the police standing by as people were getting gruesomely attacked," said Charles Moran, with the California Log Cabin Republicans.

City Attorney Rick Doyle is confident the city will prevail. Doyle said that police officers didn't do anything wrong and were trying to maintain some kind of crowd control in a chaotic situation.

Yeah, people curb-stomping each other? That's something the police typically step in and intercept. "Keeping the peace" and whatnot. Pretty sure I've seen such mottos as decals on their fancy black and white cars. Refusing to get involved seems like a not so effective way to keep the peace. Just ask the people whose faces were pummeled to a pulp by tolerant leftists (see Liberal 'Protesters' Assault Trump Supporter at Portland Airport).

Kudos to this judge for green-lighting the case. If officials refuse to intercede on behalf of innocent bystanders, SJW protesters will continue to do less peaceful protesting and more face mashing. Liberal landbeasts have proven nothing is off limits when it comes to stopping Trump. Not even themselves.

Of course, we wouldn't expect anything else...
