Combing through the debate soundbites from last night revealed a lot of juvenile bickering, which would've been totally entertaining had someone, that John Jacob Jingle-Heimer Ketchup, not raised his little hands all the time telling them to stop it. Boo you, Ketcher. Go back to your Mail Man daddy and lick envelopes. You're no fun and no one cares.

Other than John Kaselips being an annoying wet blanket, there were a few gems, like Ted Cruz nailing it on the deadliness that is political correctness.

It’s not a lack of competence that is preventing the Obama administration from stopping these attacks. It is political correctness. We didn’t monitor the Facebook posting of the female San Bernardino terrorist because the Obama DHS thought it would be inappropriate she made a public call to Jihad and they didn’t target it. The Tsarnaev brothers, the elder brother made a public call to Jihad and the Obama administration didn’t target it. Nidal Hasan communicated with Anwar al-Awlaki a known, radical cleric asked about waging Jihad against his fellow soldiers. The problem is because of political correctness, the Obama administration, like a lot of folks here, want to search every one’s cell phones and emails and not focus on the bad guys and political correctness is killing people.

Seriously though, not monitoring social media of foreigners seeking entry into the United States? It's not even that hard, you guys. People love to take to social media to brag about how boring their lives are, or in this case, how they want to blow up American infidels. The lovely San Bernardino couple had probably set their relationship status to "It's Complicated..." and updated their timelines with such events like "Clock-making with Ahmed," or "Met with Mohammed today, always great to see men with beards who love to kill people."

How sad is it that Twitchy and BuzzFeed have more of a sense of what people are saying that the Department of Homeland Security? Think about that next time your grandma is patted down by TSA. Feel safer?
